ANGELA BARNES

“Angela Barnes’ spark is infectious and her delivery is fast, furious and seriously funny” - The List

“Angela Barnes is the best mainstream female comedian I’ve seen since Sarah Millican… I can’t be any clearer than that can I?” - Bruce Dessau, Evening Standard critic

“She’s just a gloriously down-to-earth, straight talking and extremely funny comic” - The Guardian

MICHAEL FABBRI

Michael entered the world of stand up comedy in 2003 and was a finalist in the prestigious 'So you think you're funny' competition in the same year. He now performs regularly in major comedy clubs across the UK.

"has an abrasive, leftfield oddness that lifts him above the herd. Fabbri's isolation provides the ideal backdrop for his startlingly insightful, Martian-like deconstructions of the most unpromising everyday things." - The Guardian

"Hugely enjoyable" - The Scotsman

"fast earning an enviable reputation as one of the best up-and-coming acts around" - Chortle

STEVE N ALLEN

Star of radio and the stand-up stage, Steve N Allen performs "★★★★ biting satire" (-Three Weeks) and "cutting wit" (-Time Out) with a "charming and witty persona" (-Chortle). A self-confessed news addict, Steve keeps his finger on the pulse of current affairs.  Whether as an on-air news commentator or as "a performer with masses of talent" (-Fringe Review) on stage, Steve is "very funny and sometimes bizarre". (-Surrey Mirror)

Steve's stand-up has taken a path through being a BBC New Comedy semi-finalist, Laughing Horse New Act finalist and Amused Moose Hot Starlet, on to performing at The Comedy Store, The Glee Club, Leicester Square theatre and The Comedy Cafe.

Steve has performed different versions of his topical comedy one-man show, The SomeNews Live Show, at several comedy festivals including Edinburgh, Manchester, Leicester, Brighton and Nottingham.

"Allen hits the mark, with an effusive mix of biting satire and gleeful mud-slinging that recalls Russell Howard by way of Ian Hislop. More than worth a look." ★★★★ - Three Weeks

"What was evident here, is the performer is quality, his mockery, and the excellent use of accents combined with clever voice-over interaction; is a performer with masses of talent." - Fringe Review

"His improvisation was impressive, topical jokes quick and practised on his tongue to mix up with his banter with the audience. This is a tight, upbeat show that I would recommend going to see." - Broadway Baby
