Steve N Allen

Star of BBC 2’s hit new show ‘ The Mash Report’. Steve is an experienced comedian at home in any slot on the bill, with a warm and upbeat act that soon connects with any audience. His material ranges from an observational look at life to up to date topical comedy or shows solely based on the interaction with the crowd. As a stand-up Steve has performed all across the UK in clubs including The Comedy Store, Comedy Cafe and Up The Creek, as well as performing at comedy festivals in Edinburgh, Brighton and Leicester with versions of his solo topical comedy show that dissects the news and how we use it. Steve can also often be heard as a news commentator and satirist TV and radio, including LBC and BBC London and has hosted his own shows for the BBC.

"Allen hits the mark, with an effusive mix of biting satire and gleeful mud-slinging that recalls Russell Howard by way of Ian Hislop. More than worth a look." Three Weeks
"What was evident here, is the performer is quality, his mockery, and the excellent use of accents combined with clever voice-over interaction; is a performer with masses of talent." - Fringe Review
"His improvisation was impressive, topical jokes quick and practised on his tongue to mix up with his banter with the audience. This is a tight, upbeat show that I would recommend going to see." - Broadway Baby
“Very funny… cutting wit” - Time Out
